This is urgent... and if we don’t act fast, my music, my work and the life I’ve built in Europe the past 4 years will be lost.
From the start of this journey, we have been a team.
You have been there at the front rows of all the open mics and dive bars, to the downtown stages and even at the Kennedy Center. You got me to Europe, and you've been with me through all my ups and downs. And for that, I am so, so grateful.
But now, at this moment, I need you more than ever.
What is happening?
I now have 4 weeks left until my visa runs out (on July 24th)!...and I need to secure the funds for a new visa in the next TWO weeks.
Why?
Because of some surprisingly tough new German visa requirement changes, I have to now find another visa in Europe, or move back to the USA... and we know that moving back is not an option. My story here in Europe is FAR from over!
How can you help?
You can help me get a new visa to stay in Europe and continue my story by donating to this Go Fund Me Campaign.
After lots of research, I found a visa from the Netherlands that is my best chance of staying here in Europe and continuing growing all that I've built here.

When you see me on that stage, I want YOU to say “I was there for Norman when he was just breaking through”. “I know him”. “I was one of the people who funded his VISA to stay and I helped him get to where he is.” That would mean the world to me. This is for us.

You get to hear me sing on stages and on the radio, to see me write and record new songs, and to watch me perform on that late night tv show - and I don't ever want that to end because it is you who inspires me to keep going - to keep fighting.
You know me and you have seen my passion, my drive and my ambition. I started out in this world with hardly nothing but love and shelter - which is still a lot - risking and sacrificing a life of comfort and safety. Everything from leaving my family and home in Tennessee, to my friends & my corporate career in New York City, to all my own dollars, time, and energy (and sometimes yes, my own health) to follow this musical path. You have been with me along the way. You know the physical and mental struggle of pushing through the challenges of being an artist.
And I have done all of it because I believe in my music and in this life. I also believe that what I share and create is greater than me, and that who I am and what I make is worthy to be heard.
Why €10000?
This covers the visa (which requires me to setup a small business), all the associated costs, and my resettlement to The Netherlands. That’s a total of 10,000 Euros. If we all join in, we can get to this number - it will happen!
I will be based in Amsterdam - a place I love, and a perfect location with the distance and resources needed to continue to grow my international career while building a life and home. And yes, we are in this for the long haul. (I love being free, but planting your roots are important, too).
Will you keep this journey going?

My next chapter is unfolding. I want you to picture me on that stage in front of that huge crowd in Amsterdam, in London, in New York, in Paris, and yes, also that unexpected intimate little house concert in your town.

You have seen how far I have gotten as a solo, independent artist and musician.
