Ali's Post Surgery Help

Hi, my name is Ali (short for Alison). I just had major surgery, a hysterectomy, with lots of scar tissue to remove from a prior surgery, and a bladder sling. Due to the extra scar tissue, and that they had to open me up all the way, I will have a much longer recovery than I had expected. I am an hourly contract employee, and as such, when I don't work, I don't get paid. I have no such thing as sick pay. In addition, I had to spend 4 days in the hospital, and will have some extra out of pocket medical expenses, 
I had an extra set-back, having to go into ER my second day out of the hopsital for severe vomiting (likely from anesthesia). 
I hate to have to ask for help, but as we're already just barely making it, every little bit will be greatly appreciated.
