Hey everyone,
My name is Devinne (sounds like Devin) Meyers, and I am an independent singer songwriter from Binghamton, NY, with influences in folk, alternative and soul music. The musical journey in my life has been a blessed one, as I have met what I consider the greatest, most supportive people on earth, and have had the chance to travel many different places to share my songs.
I have been presented with the amazing opportunity to give back some love to you all with my first full length studio album, entitled "Silver Line." The name derives from the phrase, "Every cloud has a silver lining," with an emphasis on the lining rather than the cloud. My wish for this work is to bring a silver lining to people who may feel a little cloudy some days.
My vision for this gofundme is to treat it as a pre-order - donating $15 gets you a CD fresh off the press, and will help tremendously in funding the project from start to finish, namely costs such as studio time with Two Birds Records, graphic design, printing CD's, paying the musicians, merchandise, photography and copyright expenses. Of course if you'd like to donate more, each subsequent tier will earn you more "goodies" from me, such as merchandise, house concerts, and more! These rewards will be established in the near future.
I am incredibly grateful for all the love that has been poured my way over the years, and am excited to share this new journey with you. Thank you again everyone for your tremendous support; it means the world to me.
