Memorial Fund for Sierra Clayborn
$23,370 of $20,000 goal
My name is Tamishia Clayborn. I am Sierra's older sister. I was born and raised in southern CA and now live in the Sacramento, CA area. This fund is to help our family raise money for my sister Sierra Clayborn's memorial she was murdered in the recent San Bernardino shooting on 12/2/2015. Anything you can donate would be helpful. The money will be used to help to memorialize her so her memory will not be forgotten. Our family is planning to preserve her memory by memorializing her through a foundation. Please continue to donate and help us memorialize her and preserve her memory.

Sarah this isn't the time nor place to voice your irrelevant opinions!! It's unfortunate for your friend, indeed.. But that doesn't give you the right to come determine what's a good amount for her memorial! You don't agree, move along.. Smh always has to be THAT one!!!!
Sandy Lavon Sullivan You have no right to come here with your negative energy & unnecessary comments! People have the right to donate if they choose! I suggest if you don't have anything positive to say to Sierra Clayborn family during this trying time then you need to stay off of here period with your negativity!
I'm on staff at Liberty Church. Our church is 2 miles from MVHS, (where Sierra graduated from). We will be taking a special love offering for the family. If any of the family are able to get in touch, we would also love the chance to pray with and for you. Our church line is (951) 733-0340 our Senior Pastor Mark's cell is (951) 992-2808. If family or anyone is interested in joining us for our special service honoring all the victims, our service is at 10AM at 13630 Edgemont Street, Moreno Valley, CA. www.yourliberty.org. We are praying for this family!
This is a sad time for my friend and her family and if they get 1000 or 100,000,00 it WONT replace her and it wont ERASE what has happened to her. Even if its more maybe it could cover the cost of a plane ticket, or more time off work to cope for someone, for help in ANY way to ease their grief and their pain. It doesnt matter as long as it helps them in some way. blessings to all of the families hurting over this.
Ms Sullivan, did you donate to this family? I'm wondering why your on this site.. Did you check out the other victums Go fund me pages, some have raised over$200,000. All are more than $20,000. This family needs to take care of Sierra's personal bills and other exspenses that come with a loss. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
WOW!!! I just read those negative comments! SANDY LAVON SULLIVASULLIVAN!!!!! HOW DARE YOU!! You call yourself apologizing, but your negative comments are still hear for the family to see! This is my childhood friends baby girl whose life was stolen in a terrorist act! Then come here on her sister's personal plea for help...and you do this? The death in your family and being drunk... IS NO EXCUSE! You do know with liquor...the truth speaks?? My friend has lost 1 of his 2 beautiful daughters! Some people... I'm sorry for your loss, but to bring your bitterness here...is unacceptable!!!!
Clearly Ms. Sandy has not had to plan and pay for a funeral...... Even if you go cheap it's not cheap..... If you are unable to help out or choose not to why leave the family negative comments????? What happened to say something nice or don't say anything at all????? My heart goes out to this family and all families involved.... I pray God gives your hearts peace.....
The employer should pay under workman's comp. My sister was murdered by a coworker 22 years ago. Her employer paid for her funeral as well as double indemnity of her employer life insurance. The county should be responsible. I am so sorry for your loss. I benefited from a support group called Compassionate Friends when I lost my sister.
A proper burial can be expensive. When considerable facial or bodily reconstruction gets factored into the cost--which is necessary when contemplating an open-casket funeral for a victim of murder--it can get to be staggeringly expensive in California. Forget about "national averages" because they mean nothing within Southern California. http://www.thefuneralsite.com/ResourceCenters/Costs/How_much.html
