Barry Burchett Shot in head for car

My friend and client Barry Burchett is a wonderful person. I met Barry because he was looking for a home of his own and I am a REALTOR. I’ve gotten to know Barry over the course of our home search and he’s such a nice person. In order to qualify for the home that he wanted he needed to sell a vehicle. A home to grow old in is all he wanted so he listed his car on Craig’s List. Barry called me excited last Thursday telling me he is 99% sure he had his car sold and he was on his way to do just that. I was so excited for Barry! I didn’t hear back from him Thursday or Friday and that was very odd. I called numberous times and texted Barry. Nothing. Finally, yesterday, (Monday) I received a text from Barry letting me know he had been set up by car jackers and was shot in the head when he met them Thursday to sell them his car. He can’t talk and the bullet is still in Barry’s head. The guy shot Barry behind his ear and the bullet lodged in his jaw. He is alive! Thank you God for watching over Barry and keeping him alive. Barry can’t work and that creates a hardship for paying his bills and the simple everyday costs like food. I set up this GoFundMe account to help Barry through this hard time. The police caught the guy that shot Barry. He is a repeat offender. He was wearing an ankle monitor when he did this to Barry. He is in jail, with a roof over his head, and meals provided to him. Meanwhile my friend Barry doesn’t know how he’ll take care of his family. Please I ask you to donate anything you can. It doesn’t have to be a lot. Everything adds up and Barry sure could use the help.
