There is always that one person in your life that would do anything for anyone at any time.  Always the first to volunteer to assist someone who has fallen on tough times.  That one person is Sheri, and now Sheri has fallen on hard times and she needs your help.

Sheri was diagnosed with bronchitis in March.  In April she was still feeling not up to par so she went back to the clinic for a recheck.  At this time, she was diagnosed with pneumonia.  April came and went, she was still not feeling right so went back to the clinic for a recheck of her x-rays.  At this time they found a golf ball sized mass and a spot in her lung and was advised she would need to go to a specialist for further testing.  Upon visiting the specialist she learned that the "spot" was a blood clot.  Sheri spent 4 days in the hospital while they worked to dissolve the blood clot, they also ran tests and realized that the golf ball sized mass is cancerous.  Upon further testing it revealed there is also a cancerous spot in her lymph node.  Due to the spot in her lymph node, surgery is currently not an option to remove the mass from her lung.  She must first go through chemo and radiation to shrink the spot on her lymph node and they will review for possible surgery to remove the mass.

Still, even with the worse case scenario test results, Sheri is staying upbeat, positive and has her boxing gloves on (those of you who KNOW Sheri will be sure she didn't put it like that.  Sheri is an inspiration to all who she shares her story with.  Sheri is not one to ask for help, so we are asking for help for her.   Sheri and her husband Steve will have a tremendous amount of medical expenses and I ask that you donate any amount that you can to this cause.
