Sheldon ND School Project

Father & son Darwin and Jaime Fraedrich purchased the Sheldon school property in January. Together with their wives and children and a vision we're trying to make something out of it that will be a sustainable business and benefit the community of Sheldon, ND. Our ultimate goal is to turn in the old gym into an event center,  add eight RV camping spots and add a visitor's center to commemorate  the history of Sheldon and the old Sheldon school. We will need to re-roof and re-side and close off the gym. We will also need to restore the interior of the gym.  We will need to tear down the brick school building but plan to keep the Sheldon sign and steps and utilize them for the entrance to the visitor's center. We have been doing all of the work ourselves and we do not have access to all of the financial resources it will take to accomplish our goals.
