As most of you are aware... Shawn was on a fixed disability income as a result of being a kidney transplant patient for the last 15+ years which ultimately made this gofundme a final necessity.
During the course of Shawn's illness, many have asked how they might help Shawn and his family. After careful review of Shawn's final expenses,(medical, funeral out standing debts, etc.) we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that this will be the amount still needed to cover all of his final costs. We all love Shawn very much, and know that anyone of us would gladly cover the costs ourselves if we could. In appreciation of all the love, kindness, and generousity that Shawn has shown us over the years, we simply ask that you donate what is afforable and nothing more as Shawn would want it. On behalf of Shawn's family, thank you all for the love and support that you have shown. It truly means a lot to the family during these difficult times.
