Shaffer Education Fund

We received tragic news of the sudden passing of my identical twin sister, Patty Bruce Shaffer on October 9th. Patty was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a teacher, a coach and so much more. Her biggest title however was a Mother. Patty leaves behind three children ages 15-21 that also lost their father less than two years ago. The children were still sorting out how to carry on with life and it just became even more difficult.  As the guardian of these awesome children and with the support of family and the community,  we will do everything we can to follow through with the goals Patty had set with them. It is my hope that these children can and will set their sights high and gain whatever education they need to be successful.    Your prayers and support to help these children pursue their career goals despite the unfathomable loss they have experienced is greatly appreciated.
