My name is Adekite Oyefeso, I am raising a fund awareness campaign for my sister, Feyike.
Feyike Akintayo is being managed for end stage renal disease at CARDIAC & RENAL CENTER, Gbagada General Hospital Lagos. She receives dialysis once a week via tunnelled catheter. Ideally, this should be thrice weekly but she is unable to have this done because of lack of funds.
The cost of dialysis is #27,000.00(Naira)/session and she needs 3 sessions per week. She also needs erythropoletin injections twice weekly for treatment of anaemia which is a consequence of chronic kidney disease. In all she needs a kidney transplant which would cost #8.3Million Naira ($35,000).
She is aware that a renal transplant is the best option for her. She needs YOU and I to get this done in earliest possible time. Help save a soul!!!
