Laparoscopy
Hi I am Gabby, i Am diagnosed with Endometriosis, Before i was diagnosed i had bad , extremely bad periods every month for the last 1 and 1/2 Years. I spent a lot of time going to doctors to find a solution but to no avail. No one seemed to know what i had, Some doctors say that it is just bad cramps and another(UC hospital) said that it was the flu because conveniently i had the flu at that time. so i went to a gynecologist and he told me to a ultrasound and i did, i gave him the results and he explained that the results of the ultrasound revealed that i have endometriosis. And there is no explanation how it occurred and no cure. Sigh.
For Months i have been fearing my period as whenever i go anywhere just the pain of walking is very hard , i spend on average 20000 a month just to get to work and to home because i cannot walk and the pain affects the nerves in my leg during the time of my period.
So i went to a laparoscopic surgeon and he said to me that the pain cannot continue and so the lessen the pain i have to do a Laparoscopy surgery
The cost is 400,000 JMD, any donation is appreciated. I could try to save some money but it would not be enough as the surgery is in 3 Months. For now my pain relief is Advil pain meds and Birth Control Pill, as i am not suppose to see any period for three months until after the surgery. October 11, 2018.
