My Cousin, Ratnakar Settipalli and his family are driving down I-44 West bound when they were hit head on by a car coming in the wrong and opposite direction.
His dear wife and 4 year old son were pronounced dead on the spot.
Ratnakar has had a surgery for a punctured artery and he is recovering in the ICU. His daughter, Keerthana Settipalli, 5 and 3 others (uninsured) survived with injuries and are under going surgeries.
As his entire family is in India, we need to send Sushma Settipalli and Mahidhar Settipalli's bodies to India.
Ratnakar and the 3 others have to be in the hospital for a few weeks.
I am supporting the finanaces, but there will be a lot of unforseen expenses that I am not aware of at this point in time and I am not in a state to assess them.
Any timely help is greatly appreciated.
