A Service Dog for Kayd

During middle school, I spent five months being progressively abused by my class mates. It started with name calling or ignoring me, but quickly escalated to violence. I was slammed into walls, knocked down, punched, kicked, locked in gym lockers for hours at a time, and eventually, picked up and thrown down a flight of stairs.
I tried to receive help from staff at the school, but they only made excuses as to why it was my fault.
I finally left the school, but the school, and the events that occurred there, have never left me.
I have such severe nightmares that I often do not sleep for several nights, I have extreme anxiety in public and crowded places, especially my highschool.
I suffer from panic attacks, flashbacks, and self destructive behavior, which worsen when I am outside my home.
I had my mind set on dropping out of school because I was sure the stress would kill me, until I came across another option.
Psychiatric Service Dogs, amongst other Assistance/Service Animals, are specially task trained to mitigate the effects of their partners illness, granting them higher quality of life, greater confidence, and increased independence. But training these dogs isn't free, and neither is caring for them after they have been placed with their partners.
Please help me on my journey towards healing, the ability to live a normal life, and finishing my education.
