Sergeant Paul Owens, a dedicated 26 year member of the Philadelphia Sheriffs Department, was critically injured in an elevator accident on Thursday August 4th, 2016 while on duty at the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center.
Paul is the devoted, loving husband of Heather and fantastic father of two, Damien and Alexis. He is a wonderful son, caring brother of Timothy and Steven and pinacle of strength to his friends and coworkers.
Sadly, the road to recovery will be extensive for Paul and his family, therefore we are fundraising to support Paul during this extremely difficult and life changing time.
