Our Kenyan sister was murdered in Essen, Germany, on Wednesday evening by an attacker who raided her retail store. The body of 27-year-old Mary Waithera was found on the floor of her shop and initial reports indicated she was stabbed in the chest with a knife.
Waithera's family, who live in Naivasha, Kenya have cried foul and demanded justice for their daughter who had lived in Germany for eight years. Her mother Alice Kamathi told of her shock and pain upon learning of the death of her second born daughter as they had communication two days before. It would be expensive to fly the body back home, therefore we are asking for your support. Thank you and God bless you.
