Michelle Cruz and Debbi Domingo each had a close family member murdered, over 30 years ago, by California's most prolific still unidentified serial rapist/murderer, the "East Area Rapist/Golden State Killer. " There is a terrific true crime conference (Crimecon 2017 in Indianapolis) coming up, at which they wish to speak. Their goal is to educate the public in hopes of finally identifying the killer! The trip is costly, but Shelly and Deb are speaking on behalf of over 50 rape victims and the survivors of 12 murdered victims, all of whom deserve justice and closure!
