We send cards to all branches of the military to remind them that they are not forgotten, especially at Christmas time.
Many people have asked if we are an organization. We are not, we are former military parents who realize the importance of making sure our troops are not forgotten. We have worked with several church groups, schools, Girl Scouts and the Phoenix Suns National Basketball Team, collecting cards for our soldiers.
Our goal is to make sure members of our military know they are appreciated, respected and how thankful we are for all of their sacrifices.
We are so appreciative of all the help we've received over the past few years. Folks have donated their time, new cards... signed and unsigned, handmade cards, and cookies. Local fundraisers have helped pay for packaging and postage. Our little mission has grown bigger every year. In 2016 we reached 5553 soldiers on two aircraft carriers and a base in Germany.
This year we're trying something new! We'd like to print our own personally designed cards in hopes that we can reach even more of the dedicated military members who are spending the holidays away from their families.
Your kind donations will be used to print, package and ship cards, and send cookies in 2017!
