From July 24-August 1, I will be traveling with the youth from Grand Rapids to World Youth Day in Krakow, Poland.
World Youth Day is a place where the question of vocation is often awakened in the lives of a young person. As a seminarian chaperone on the trip, I hope to give witness to this call to the priesthood and also invite these young people to pray for their vocation.
Please keep all the young people who will be attending
World Youth Day in your prayers as well as the leaders who will be traveling with them.
I am in the process of raising funds for the expense involved for the trip. I have made some good progress through some generous donations made by friends, members of my home parish, and some donations from Knights of Columbus councils in our Diocese.
I am reaching out in this way to see if you would be interested in helping me raise the rest of the funds to cover the trip. I thank you for considering this invitation and I hope you have a blessed summer!
