Second Chance For Spike

I would like to introduce Spike... this poor guy was chained to a tree, with no food or water, and body covered in blisters.
The pain and agony was no factor for this boy, he only wanted to be loved.
A neighbor took him in and began his nurturing. With that being said she was eligible for care credit of 700.00
It's going to cost near 3000.00.
2500.00 will get the surgeries needed for his Skin.
