Seattle’s All Vegan Coffee Shop!

Hello friends! 

This is Ashton here, and some of you may know me from my work with The Humane League and Vegan Haven in Seattle, WA. I'm currently in the process of my next big venture- I'm opening up an all vegan coffee shop!

Positivitea will be a space with a bright, airy atmosphere that welcomes and includes everyone. We want Positivitea to be a queer friendly space, a space where classism, racism, xenophobia, specisim, and ableism will have no space. 

We are planning to serve a variety of vegan pastries, salads, sandwiches, coffee and tea to the Capitol Hill area. We are also planning on having items safe for people with allergies and with gluten free options! 

This fundraiser will be used as means to aid us opening this shop- I will be paying for most of it out of pocket myself, as opening a business costs a lot- this fundraiser, if the goal is met, will cover about a tenth of the cost of opening the shop. I want you all to know that I'm invested. This project has been something I've been working on for a while now, and it would mean the world to me if you could lend me your support. 

We are planning on opening the shop sometime in October or November, depending on how quickly we can reach our fundraising goals and get the ball rolling.
