Sean & Natalie Urban Family House Fire

Donation protected
At 2:30 am Sunday morning Natalie was woken up by the smell of something burning.  Natalie discovered smoke and flames downstairs.  Natalie was able to evacuate the baby and one of the dogs, unfortunately Natalie's long time love Daisy didnt make it out.  Emergency responders worked diligently until 6am trying to contain the fire.  This resulted in a total loss of all their belongings and home.  Sean at the time was away on a motorcycle ride in Tennessee.  He was able to board the first flight home at 9am to discover the loss of his home but greatful his baby and wife were safe.

Sean and Natalie have endured other tragedies that they have worked through over the last two years.  Natalie and Sean were over joyed to discover they were pregnant with their first child when just a few short weeks later Natalie loss her mom to cancer.   Natalie and Sean decided to take a short Florida weekend vacation before the baby was arriving.  Just a couple days into lounging on the beach Natalie delivered sweet baby Harper 12 weeks early.  Sean and Natalie spent the next 3 months in a Florida NICU.  Sean and Natalie returned to Michigan just a year ago at this very time.

Many who know Sean knows he's an 11 yr Deputy with Washtenaw County Sheriffs Department also working closely with their K-9 UNIT.  His partner Dutch was not home at the time of the fire as many were concerned.  This fundraiser was developed by his brothers and sister of Washtenaw County Sheriffs Department, POAM, COAM, and Hired Guns Motorcycle Club with coordination of his family.

Sean and Natalie always refuse help and do it on their own, however friends, family, and co-workers aren't letting them do this alone.....it takes a village!

We all know that Sean and Natalie would be the first to help a friend, family, or co-worker....so let us help you

Sean's family would like to thank the multiple fire department's that responded and worked until the afternoon hours.  We would also like to thank local department, Monroe County Sheriff's Office for assisting and staying on scene after their shift to provide comfort to Natalie. Thank you to the Jail Division and Monroe City Police Dept for reaching out ❤
