Medical Supply Help

I have a lot of health issues and problems that limit my mobility and ability to work. Disability only covers so much, and I need help getting the medical supplies and treatments that I need. I need the funds as soon as possible to pay off bills and pay for those needed supplies. This will help me with living from day to day, as well as take pressure off from bills and supplies. The situation has become more than I can handle alone, and I am thankful for any help that can be provided.
