From Gogglebox sitting on a sofa, writing my own best selling books "Scarlett Says Sofa So Good”, to winning I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and presenting with the famous Geordie duo Ant and Dec for Saturday Night Takeaway, you would think this next challenge would be easy.... Wrong!!!! If you said to me “Scarlett you're going to run a half marathon 13.2 miles I'd have laughed and said I can't even run a bath! I'm the kind of person who doesn't even go on long walks let alone run.”

I'm now an Ambassador for my very own charity, in my very own hometown. This charity means soooooo much to me as I'm able to help so many people. This charity is so varied it doesn't just help one person, one group of people or one organisation it literally helps everyone hence the slogan " A Charity For The People".
We aim to support individuals and organisations in the local community by providing financial support and services to those in need.
Our aim is to improve the local community and make life better for those living within it.
We support: a) projects that enhance and improve our local community) projects that promote good citizenship within the local community c) promotion of healthy recreational activities d) relief from financial hardship.
We may all need a helping hand at some point in our lives and the Angel Trust aims to be there to provide support where it is needed. Please help us to help people in our local area of County Durham and Darlington.
