Natasha's Fight

Last week I got a text from my boss and friend Tim that we would be starting work late because he had to rush his wife to the emergency room. She had been having stomach pain and they had ran a CT scan on her. The results came back saying that what they thought was just some kind of stomach bug was actually liver cancer. Not in position to not show up for work Tim had to make the choice to leave his wife at the hospital to go to work to make money to eventually start paying for the huge medical bills they will soon encounter. Work was different that day you could tell there was a sadness in him but he was there to do what he had to to get through the day. During our work day Tim had received a text from his wife confirming that what they had found out just hours earlier was just the least of it. Tim's wife's cancer has spread and she also has it in her colon and a lung. She went from being a healthy 40 something year old woman to having life threatening medical issues. Although money is the least of this happy couples worries they will soon have to face the fact that they will be losing all of her income that she would bring in for them. They, just last year, had bought themselves a home and just recently celebrated their one year anniversary at that home. This couldn't be happening to a better couple. Tim is a laid back all around good guy whom works multiple jobs to have the simple things in life, and although I have never physically met his wife I hear nothing but good things about her from everyone who knows her. With little family close by I am looking to help ease their financial burden. If you find it in your heart please help me help this wonderful couple.
