Hello EVERYONE who has supported me through the last 3 years of persecution by One Manchester, and denialof support by elected officers, council offices and all One Manchester supporters. Manchester City Council, Mayor and councillors?
So Ihave 2 hearings left to address.
I have One request that has an air of URGENCY.
Namely to raise a FIGHTING FUND:
£150 to apply for Judicialreview,
£150 to engage my solicitor,
£250.74 to REINSTATE MY LEGAL AID and
£350 to Supply an EXPERT Property and STructural Engineer.
It transpires that the so called "expert" of One Manchester,who Barry Seers used to support his FAST TRACK Tribunal application and later relied on the SAME report as Expert to the Civil justice Court. ( I am informed that this was a breach of court and RICS protocol) and should and could be made IN ADMISSIBLE.
I am making a Judicial Review request deadline 4pm TODAY (Sunday?) I may recieve fee waiver but not certain. My application wassomassive ( Ihave been instructed that the 50 page instruction manualforthis application REQUIRES 3 copies ( 2,000 sheets so far)
My Case also goes before the Civil court on15th September, where I might actually get to respond to the allegations, and go to FULL Trial to relief of FORFIETURE. of my home. And REAL Repatriation from thiskind of "legal" Enrichment by "Social Charities" and Innovative CO-operatives. The Government, Greater Manchester COmbinedAuthority,my council MCC, my councillors, My Politicalparty members" Co-operative Party and Labour and all it's democratically elected "Agents". WHO SEEM POWERLESS (and constantly protest) against "Corporate "slushfunded" Government backed, Asset Stripping of Communities,who are left to die off, be removed, OR FAIL toPAY Bedroom Tax,exessive "standard" costsand are VICTIMISED by thosethat shouldanddo get paid to assist, act there PART and DO THERIGHT THING.
This situation has been a focusofnegativityforme Sincemoving inin 1996,and because of Institutional baised and deliberate descrimination.
I have beenforced to stop my studies and abandon my Degree MMU Birley-Youth and Communities (BA Hons)
I am now in reciept of ESA.
