Legal Expense Fund for Pilot Butte

The city fee to appeal approval of the massive four story apartments next to Pilot Butte may be as high as $5,195. The apartments create many problems for the park and surrounding neighborhood. We're not against much needed housing in Bend. We are against letting these appartments be constructed when there are BIG problems caused by poor planning. Fix the problems and then build them. Please help us Saving Pilot Butte and the surrounding neighborhood from endless problems and controversy.
