Please send packages to: 3345 State Rd #3841 Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223-3841 Hi Everyone, If you've followed our story so far, you know that we were successful getting Tyson off the street and into rehab. Unfortunately Tyson recently gave in to the pull of addiction and returned to the streets of San Francisco. On September 16th 2019, Tyson passed away from what we believe to be an overdose. This terrible turn of events has left my family in shock and left my wife and I struggling to come to terms with the reality that Tyson really is gone. I know I shouldn't but I will always feel responsible for what happened to him. He was under my care and I wasn't able to prevent him from relapsing. Last night my wife and I decided that we needed to do something to try and continue the fight. We've come so far and learned so much about the struggle with addiction and the hardships of homelessness that we wanted to start a sober living facility to try and help others in similar situations to my brother's. Tyson was very grateful for the comraderie and support he received from his sober living roommates and they have all been a great comfort to me since his passing. I can't think of a better way to honor him than by trying to help others in the same way he was helped. We both plan to continue educating ourselves on the process of starting a sober living home, getting certified in addiction counseling and then hopefully purchasing a home to be used as a sober living facility.
