Save Scratch Kitchen

Scratch Kitchen, formerly Bella Luna, is an amazing place. We have delicious food, friendly staff and a beautiful view.  As many of you know I took over June 1st.  I wanted to take something that was already pretty great and make it undeniably amazing.  I have put my whole heart and soul into this place and so when we were shut down on March 6th it was devastating and heart breaking. It is an old building that had been neglected for a long time. I have worked very hard to get it reopened but could not have done it with the help from staff and community member volunteering their time because without sales I couldn't pay them. We have finally reached the point where we are given the green light to open and this is why I am reaching out.  I have ran out of funds in the time being closed.  My bills are backing up, and I lost over $9000 in product.  On top of all this my landlord gave me a 6 month termination of lease notice so I need to relocate. I do not want to let this place die. As soon as I can pay for a food order and get restocked I can open and be open until September and then I'll move my location.  I have a couple places I want to look at and will keep it local to the area.  I am asking for help, any help. This has been devistaing for me, my family and my staff of 18 and their families. Lets get this place reopened and start tossing some dough!!
