So I Don't Lose My Home

Donation protected
I'm hit by a double whammy.
I am a freelance artist, writer and illustrator, and I have been making what little income I get online for the past 10-12 years. Unfortunately income has never been stellar, and for the past several years it has been in a slow and painful decline.

For the past five years I have been so short on income that I have firstly been forced to go on payment schedules with the IRS. Despite making next to nothing, they have determined I still owe them for Social Security-- and thus I have had to make payment arrangements with them every single year since 2014. And despite paying them round about $100 a month every month for the past four years, I still am on the hook with them for close to $5000. Because every year when April 15th rolls around, a new lump sum is added to the principal... putting me right back at square one.

This of course has compounded my other problem; I have consequently fallen behind on the lot rent for my mobile home. I have tried to diligently pay... even to pay extra each month to try and catch up--- but it has come to a head and I owe over $4900 to my landlord, who has sent notice they are considering canceling my lot agreement entirely.

I can't even afford to have the mobile home dragged off the lot.

My options are gone, and all I can do is beg for help. If I can get at least the back rent by the end of August, I can at least keep from losing my home. If I can get enough to pay the landlord AND the IRS, I can finally get this five-year boot off my neck and break this yearly cycle.
