SAVE Potters Bar Town from RELEGATION!

£5,000 of £5,000 goal

Raised by 110 people in 7 months
Project Name: "STAND UP THE BAR".

Project: Potters Bar Town FC gained promotion to the Bostik League Premier Division this season, for the first time in our history. However, FA rules state we MUST add two Stands for 200 people, by 31 March 2019, OR be relegated.

Goal: £5,000, towards our £15,000 share of the £50,000 Cost.

When by: 31 March 2019.

Grants: The Football Stadia Improvement Fund will then provide up to 70% funding.

Youth Teams: Also the home to 6 Youth sides and community use.

Personal Plea: As we have been involved at the Club for over 50 years now, our greatest achievement, gaining promotion, is being threatened by the possibility of immediate relegation. This will have a devastating effect on the Club, our Players and Supporters and the Town. Today, as a Community Club, it is not just about football, we all contribute to the good health and comfort of those watching. We are doing everything to raise funds, but as time is so short, we need to ask for help. Please support us if you can and thank you.
Peter & Carole Waller.

Update on 17 April 2019:
We did it and we will not be relegated. The FA have confirmed that the two Stands were installed in time and the Club achieved the FA Ground Grading on 30th March.
The attached are Photos of the Stands you helped to provide and both will be occupied for the first time on the 20th April.
May we thank you again for your support and most generous donation, which reached the £5,000 Target just before the end of March.
Some of you know us well, others have never been to the Ground, so, as a thank you, can we invite you and any family/friends to try and get to either of our two remaining Home games on 20th or 27th April. Bring this Message, or contact me, in advance and you will be our guests and we will be delighted to show you what you have helped us achieve.
Many Thanks again. Peter & Carole Waller.

Update at 25 February 2019:
I am delighted to report that thanks to the Fund Raising so far, the Club has secured a Football Foundation Grant for 70% of the cost.
Planning Permission was granted only last week, so we have ordered the 2 Stands, otherwise we would not make the 31st March deadline.
The response so far is really appreciated, and we again thank you all. If we can reach out to anyone else, we would be so grateful if you can help us reach this £5,000 Target.
The Team is fighting on the pitch, to preserve our Premier Division status, so we are equally determined to win this fight to avoid relegation, due to regulations.
Thank you
Peter & Carole Waller
