Read the article from the Redwood Bark to learn more about Bette's Flicks and it's owner.

Bette’s Flicks movie store, formerly Video Droid, has been a Marin County staple for the community for 25 years. Our very rare collection of DVDs, out-of-print VHS and Blu-rays include hard-to-find classics from around the world that are not available anywhere else in Marin. From old film noir, classics from every era and fan favorite British/foreign TV imports, Bette’s Flicks has served an important role in the community by providing this precious catalog of films. Now in danger of shutting down for good due to real estate costs, financial obligations, etc., Bette’s Flicks needs YOUR help to keep us going, or the finest collection of films in Marin will be lost forever!

Also at Bette’s Flicks, our knowledgeable employees relish the opportunity to get to know customer’s personal tastes in movies, helping them to find the type of films that suit their needs. You won’t find that kind of service online, and we want to keep the tradition of mom-and-pop movie rentals alive!
