Noogho, un village du Burkina Faso situé à 35 km de Kaya, est frappé par la famine. Face à ce fléau, les habitants de Noogho ont lancé un cri de cœur dans un reportage réalisé par Droit Libre TV, dans l’optique de toucher la bonne personne que vous êtes. La famine qui est aujourd’hui une réalité dans ce village, crée la tristesse et la désolation sur tous les visages.
Difficile de joindre les deux bouts à cause de la mauvaise pluviométrie survenue la saison dernière, les habitants de Noogho n’ont plus rien à se mettre sous la dent. Ils ont exprimé leur désespoir face à cette situation qu’ils vivent quotidiennement. N’ayant plus rien dans les greniers, ce sont leurs semences qui leur ont servi de banque alimentaire depuis quelques temps. Aujourd’hui, avoir un repas par jour dans ce village est un luxe pour eux (cf. le reportage de Droit Libre TV).
Ce projet d’une collecte de fonds a pour but de venir en aide à ces populations éprouvées en leur apportant des vivres (du maïs ou du riz). En espérant que la prochaine récolte sera bonne, avec votre don, ces habitants auront de quoi se nourrir durant cette période critique. Merci infiniment pour ce grand geste.

Noogho, a town in Burkina Faso located 35 km from Kaya, is currently undergoing a famine. In response, the residents of Noogho have made a report published by Droit Libre TV with the hopes of bringing awareness to the issue and how the famine is currently devastating families within the affected community.
A leading cause of the famine is due to the poor rainfall received the previous season, resulting in crop failure and forcing the community to dip into their food stocks in order to feed their families. With the food granaries being exhausted and as each day passes the families are facing despair as their day to day lives increasingly become harder and more desperate. This project is a collection of funds to aid the affected population, providing the necessary rations (corn and rice) so that they may avoid famine. Our goal is to help the population affected by the famine until they are able to be self-sufficient once again and with your donation we will be able to reduce their suffering and as a result save lives. We thank you for any help that you may be able to provide.
