Revision Surgery Needed

My breast implants (which are over 20 years old)  are coming out of the pockets and are now shifting. The pain is a bit worse each day, to the point that no matter how I sit, lay down or anything else, it's always there. After having consulted with different surgeons, they all told me the same thing- my implants are bottoming out. Being an athlete, surgery is NOT what I want at all- the downtime and the recovery will mean no training or workouts for me, and taking away the things I love/ NEED to do most, is the hardest part for me to deal with, because I have been battling  recurring depression and anxiety for most of my adult life- trying my best to avoid the "blackness."  This is extremely hard, humiliating, and humbling for me to put this all out there for everyone to see, and asking for help is something I am not good with;  but there comes a time in everyone's life, when a helping hand is needed.  I want everyone to understand that this is not a vanity issue, but a real health concern...yes, it is painful, but the longer they are there, the worse my physical, as well as my mental health, becomes.
