Early Thursday morning, on April 13, 2017, Heaven gained a beautiful angel. Samuel Kwarteng was a 20-year-old son, the eldest of three, and a brother to many. He grew up in Alexandria, VA. where he attended Mount Vernon High School and continued his education by pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, VA. Samuel was expected to graduate in May.
Samuel's life came to an end, when he was senselessly shot during an altercation off campus. Not being the one to be involved in such circumstances, it has broken the hearts of his loved ones for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
