Sams recovery fund

Sam Melton was in a horrible Motocross crash in which he has extensive injuries from. He is currently admitted to sacred heart hospital, he is healing slowly however doctor bills are adding up. Sam has a beautiful family, a wife and two kids ages one and a newborn so this is a very stressful time for the Meltons.
