Samara Christy's Medical Fund

Those of you who know and love Samara Christy have been asking how you can help, or to donate to assist her in any way possible through this medical crisis she has faced since January of 2016. If you don’t know her personally, she had suffered a stroke on January, causing complete paralysis and loss of function of the right side of her body, arm and leg, as well as near total loss of ability to speak.
This had come as a complete shock to her family and friends, who know her well and had always come to depend on her for spiritual support, healing and strength she always provides unconditionally. Since that day I am happy to report now, that she is progressing and doing well, but still has a long road of recovery to travel. Unfortunately with her medical bills already mounting, she and Gil are facing the additional burden of meeting monthly expenses as many of you know, running a business can be a big challenge even with great health. Couple that with the added personal monthly expenses needing to be met.
So many times you hear Samara speak of the new world and new communities. These communities she speaks of are those of oneness, with everyone helping everyone else. This is why we are putting out this call, because people are asking how to come together to help Samara and Gil through this crisis. As it stands now the doctors are scheduling a release date of February 23rd, and she is going to need in-home care for as yet to be determined time frame.
If you have received this and really don’t know Samara personally, here is a short synopsis of what she does.
Samara is a blessing to so many people here in the South Florida community. Her work has helped people improve their health and lives for 35 years. Samara is a Colon Therapist and certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist as well as medical intuitive and spiritual healer and adviser with a gift that transcends the medical field. In fact the physical therapy team at Memorial Rehab in Hollywood has been so much in awe at how much progress Samara has shown in so short a time, due to her fighting spirit and positive beliefs in the power of the physical and spirit to heal as one.
She started Samara Programs, Inc., in Santa Fe, New Mexico, then practiced in Phoenix, Arizona area before moving to Kauai, Hawaii. While there, she was associated with Hawaii’s Holistic Health Center, whose purpose was to empower individuals to become more active participants in the prevention of illness, helping them sustain wellness through a holistic approach to life and advocating human and environmental sustainability.
Since February 2010, Samara has been practicing and training new practitioners in Miami, Aventura, Hallandale Beach, and other areas of South Florida in the art of Lymphatic Drainage.
