sam urgently needs a pacemaker

sam is a 6 year old border collie who is a much love family dog.took ill just after Christmas as he kept falling over. he since now has been diagnosed with a heart condition. and urgently needs a pacemaker fitted. the family have had sam since 8 weeks of age and is adored by all that know him. younger siblings of the family see him as a brother not just a dog.please help all you can to give sam a longer life even if we can just raise some every little donation will help. thank you. emma stafford x
