Katherine Sánchez, mi querida sobrina de 27 años, enfrenta una dura batalla contra un tumor rectal canceroso de estadio 3B que le fue diagnosticado en agosto del 2024. Este diagnóstico ha sacudido su vida, y ahora, más que nunca, necesita de nuestra ayuda.

En el mes de octubre, Kathy comenzó la quimioterapia y le quedan 4 sesiones (va por la 8 de 12) para iniciar con la radioterapia entre los meses de abril y mayo. Posteriormente, debe someterse a una cirugía para eliminar el tumor en su totalidad y poder estar sana.

El costo de este plan de tratamiento es abrumador para Katherine y su familia, quienes residen en Valencia, Venezuela, y no cuentan con los recursos necesarios para afrontar esta situación. Tan solo las 28 sesiones de radioterapia tienen un costo total de 16.000 dólares y se debe cubrir la mitad del monto para que pueda comenzar las sesiones.

Nos gustaría volver a ver a Kathy como siempre ha sido: Alegre, espontanea, y dando siempre apoyo a quien lo necesite.

Es un momento crucial en su lucha, y con tu apoyo, podemos marcar una diferencia en su vida. Cualquier ayuda, por pequeña que sea, será un paso hacia su recuperación.

Hasta el momento, el tratamiento de quimioterapia está funcionando, por lo que, de corazón, les pedimos que continúen apoyándola en su proceso de sanación y a no suspenderlo. Si esto ocurre, el mismo podría perder su eficacia.

Kathy quiere y desea estar sana y, para lograrlo, requiere de su ayuda.

Katherine Sánchez, my beloved 27-year-old niece, is facing a tough battle against stage 3B rectal cancer, diagnosed in August 2024. This diagnosis has shaken her life, and now, more than ever, she needs our help.

In October, Kathy began chemotherapy and has 4 sessions left (she's on her 8th out of 12) before starting radiation therapy between April and May. Subsequently, she must undergo surgery to remove the tumor entirely and regain her health.

The cost of this treatment plan is overwhelming for Katherine and her family, who reside in Valencia, Venezuela, and lack the necessary resources to face this situation. The 28 radiation therapy sessions alone have a total cost of $16,000, and half of the amount must be covered for her to begin the sessions.

We would love to see Kathy as she has always been: cheerful, spontaneous, and always giving support to those who need it.
