Chef Jimmy was a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen, and served as both inspiration and motivation for many he worked with. Whether he taught you how to tournée a potato or gave you advice on your workout regimen, he was always willing to give freely of his time and talent to assist the people in his life.

If you interacted with him at all - no matter how brief your encounter - it was clear that he was a passionate man who was dedicated not only to his team at work, but also to being a constant source of positivity and support for his family. 

Sharing the news of his unexpected passing from complications due to surgery is tragic, and so many of his friends, colleagues, and acquaintances are searching for a way to honor the impact he had in their lives. We have started this gofundme in Jimmy's honor, in hopes to help memorialize Jimmy and his never ending quest to make the world around him a better place.
