Safety for a Son

Hello. This is VERY strange for me. I have never done something like this, but I am asking for you to find it in your heart to help me provide for the safety of my son.
I am currently in custody of a wonderful, very young boy who was formerly my foster child, but has now been placed in my permanent care, and is no longer involved with CPS or his CASA worker. I love him as if he were my own son, and always have.
His case during his time in foster care was one of the absolute weirdest, most mis-handled cases I have ever been a part of. Decisions were made without proof to back them up, his ad litem attorney (the attorney who was assigned to represent his best interest) declared "no opinion" several times in court, and many other factors led to the way it is now.
His father is in prison for a long time for several very good reasons. However, the judge allowed his mother (a "recovering" drug addict, though she admitted two weeks ago to "taking too many pills") to continue receiving visits every other weekend. These visits have NOT been going very well at ALL, and have reached a point where his physical, emotional, and mental health is deteriorating after every visit. He has been physically harmed on several of these visits (some bruising, not being fed properly, and once a burned hand). He has nightmares after EVERY visit, and consistently asks me to "not go other mommy."
I have contacted CPS regarding this only to be told "there is not enough physical evidence to remove him from the home", "we cannot do anything based on what he tells you due to it being hearsay--he has to voice it to a counselor", and "this is a custody matter, not a CPS case." I have been informed that the ONLY way to protect him from these visits is to return to court and ask the judge to deem it in the child's best interest to stop the visits.
The judge will not see me without paying at least $3,000 in upfront court fees first. I am a single foster parent who works as a public school teacher. As such, my income just about breaks even each month, and I do not have enough extra to provide forthese court fees, nor an attorney to go to court. I have had several attorneys tell me I have plenty of evidence that would convince the judge to stop the visits, however.
Would you PLEASE find it in your heart to donate even the smallest amount towards these court fees so I can provide for the safety of my son? I would love to be able to go to court tomorrow...but must wait until the judge has his court fees. My son cannot speak much for himself yet, but I know he would be eternally grateful that you have helped be his voice. I would be FOREVER grateful! Thank you SO much for any and all generosity shown!
