When it rains it pours

August 31st, Barbara Struble: mother of Robert and Christina, wife of Joel Struble, had a stroke causing her to lose the use of her left arm and some short term memory damage. She will be attending physical therapy to hopefully regain some strength in the affected areas. 
  On September 4th Joel was diagnosed with prostate cancer following three weeks of testing and biopsies and being told to stay home by the doctor. He has to undergo even more tests to see if the cancer has spread into his bones and how treatment will be most effective.

 Both my mom and dad are hard working, dedicated people who are now unable to work. Barbara has been a permanent fixture at the West Milford Dunkin Donuts for the last fifteen years. Joel is used to working as much overtime as is allowed as a truck driver. They wanted to be able to retire one day, but this is now how they planned for it to go. Hey 

 My sister and I have decided to start this fundraiser to help pay for some of the medical and household bills they still have to pay while they regroup and figure out how they’ll survive without their hard earned income.
