SAE Mini-Baja Competition 2019

We are the renewing founders of Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) at Texas A&M University - Kingsville, and we are raising money to compete in the Mini-Baja 2019 competition.
Since we are restarting this Organization from scratch, we have no previous financial or business resources. Donations will help us buy our parts and materials necessary to build the car. Our current cost estimate is 12,000 dollars total including travel and entry fee. Through supporting this Organization, you will be creating an opportunity for young engineers to develop technical skills and gain hands on experience that cannot be obtained in a classroom or textbook alone. As a sponsor you also have the ability to be advertised on our car or website. We have a very dedicated team that is more than capable to achieve our goal of winning this 2019 competition. With your support, we can make our vision become a reality.
We are a small university, but we want to learn how to solve the industry’s biggest challenges, and we see Baja SAE as our way to start in the right direction.
