Benefit for Dennis Boyle
The Hightec HVAC team would like to thank everyone for all of your kind words and condolences. A big thank you also goes out to everyone who took part in the Monte Carlo Night benefit for Dennis last year. The generosity of everyone involved truly increased Dennis’ quality of life by helping him obtain a generator, handicap van, remodel the bathroom and much needed medical supplies.
Dennis was a very positive influence here at Hightec and he surely touched our lives in a wonderful way. His funeral arrangements are as follows:
Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 10 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown. Interment is private. There are no calling hours on Thursday prior to the Mass.
His go fund me page is still active to help his family with the financial burden stemming from his ALS.
I am sad to report that our friend and colleague, Dennis Boyle, has passed away
this morning at home after a long battle with ALS.
Having spent over 15 years at HighTec Hvac, Dennis will be fondly remembered
by all whom had come to know him. Always with a positive attitude, smile on his
face, strong belief in his faith and just as strong personal views. Many a
passionate discussion was had in our lunch room with Dennis firmly planted in
his beliefs and ending in much laughter after each daily exchange. He enjoyed all
his coworkers and clients with whom he worked on a repeated basis. With the
concern so many have expressed to me during the past 2 years, I know the
feeling was mutual.
His only concern that we discussed during his time of sickness was his family. In
his words, “I am not afraid to meet my maker just want to make sure my family
will be alright.” This tells a lot about him.
Dennis is survived by his wife Tracey and his son Mike Boyle who joined the
Hightec team the beginning of this year as an installer.
I also wanted to thank again all those who so generously supported Dennis and
his family during his time of need at our benefit last year.
We will update everyone as soon as more information becomes available.
