Kelsey's first trip

Thank you for taking the time to read Kelsey's story.
My daughter Kelsey is 18 years, non verbal and developmentally she is on the level of a ten-month old. She's diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Autism. She spent the first 21 days of her life in the Neonatal Unit. While in there she had seizures and they discovered that she has a chronic renal disease with only the use of her right kidney. Her bladder doesn’t function and she has a vesicostomy.
Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to take her on a vacation as she would need lots of help and care. We would love to take her to Disney World and stay at the Disney hotel. It would be a dream come true to be able to take her there.
We have tried different foundations but they are unable to help out since she's already 18 or because she doesn't have at least the development of a 3 year old.  
Kelsey is very sweet and loving. Her favorite things to do are hanging out with people and following her favorite people around. I know that she would love this and any help would be appreciated.
