Ryan's living expense in college

Hello everyone,

I am currently raising funding to alleviate most living expenses that I will incur over the next couple years to graduate Full Sail University's Bachelor's of Game Development program.

I have always been inspired to empower everyone I've met in my life through various means such as education, fitness, or other recreational activities such as sports, entertainment, and games. I recently set out on this adventure from the recommendation of the indie game award winner: Tom Happ of Axiom Verge. I did research for a couple years to ensure this is the path I would follow through with.

Games are highly sophisticated pieces of software engineering and I understand this school has one of the most rigorous programs to teach me solid skills in that respect. I also understand that I will have to do my own legwork to deepen my understanding of computer science even after graduating.

I am currently a lover of improving memory formation methods and am an active learner. I enjoy using several different learning techniques and teaching them as well. I also believe this adds to quality improvements in development. Although my methods may require an investment in initial time to set up, they return a value that is invaluable. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and wish to ensure that I have the time to maintain it.

I can easily put in over 120 hours/week into a craft that I enjoy such as my new career in game development. That's where this gofundme comes into play.  I understand from students of my university that this is an intense program and would like to have as much time as possible alotted to further my development in this phase. The end goal of this would be a proficient understanding and portfolio of software engineering that provides quality products and services. 

I am currently receiving help from my mother, but she could definitely have a huge burden lifted from her with the help of this community as she is not financially secure. It doesn't cover all my living expenses but covers the majority of my rent($450/mo) and transportation($250/mo) for the next couple years.

I invite occasional meet-ups either in person here in Orlando, FL or through video conferences to anyone willing to donate to my funding and talk about future developments.

I share continual updates live through Discord as well as occasional updates on Instagram. Everyone who helps will be acknowledged in some form or another even if you don't accept a return of a favor. I am pretty sure I can find some way to prove your investment in me and my future will have a lasting return on the developments of the world.
