Our sweet little Willow has had a eventful last couple of weeks.  Willow ate something that got stuck in her throat causing her to yelp everytime she would eat. We took her to Moore Lane on Wednesday, October 14th and they took xrays and didnt see anything so they gave us an antibiotic and some pain meds and sent us on our way.  A couple days later it continued to get worst so we went in on Saturday, October 17th to Billings Animal Clinic and there xrays didnt show anything either a couple hours later we gave her more food and she was yalping and was in so much pain we took her into Moore Lane again as an emergency they took xrays again and saw something so we proceeded with a treatment plan  by going in with an endoscope.  Moore Lane scope went out so they were unable to see what it was. We then  received  a phone call saying they would take that procedure off our bill but they did go the alternate treatment plan and used a gastro tube and pushed everything thru hoping it would go into her stomach and she would pass it.  SHe was then hospitalized till Monday the 19th and we took her home.  SHe was still in alot of pain so we took her back to Billings Animal clinic and they went in with and saw there was a scratch down her estophogus but they only could see so far. They then hospitalized her with extreme treatment since she has been losing so much weight and its so critical since she is a growing puppy.  She started responded to the treatment so we took her home again.  At home we fed her every couple hours and would hold her up so everything would go down her throat and into her stomach we did at home treatment for about a week.  We then got concerned again seeing how she would throwup after she ate or she would regertitate.  We al questions what medication she got and what came up and she kept loosing weight so they we took her back in for another check up. At that check upwe discussed the options and Dr. Miller called up to Best Friend Animal clinic and they had longer equipment so the vet transported her up to the vet.  They did the procedure and we recieved a very good phone call.  They said they removed a stick and they would continue monitoring her over night and then she would go back down to the Billings Animal Clinic.   We have filed alot of claims on her Pet Insurance and we are still paying alot and finanically can't afford much more.  We wish this would of been caught right away but unfortunetly it didn't so we have multiple vet bills. If you can we would love your help to get her back to her normal self so she is back at home and well with her brother Webow!  Sharing or donating would be wonderful! You can also call the Billings ANimal Clinic and donate to her bill thru them as well as on here!
