Keeping Beth Comfortably at Home

As most you know, Beth Santangelo Fronckowiak (Pleasantville High School Class of 1978) has been fighting Pancreatic Cancer since December 2014 at which time she had to stop working in order to try and fight this aggressive disease.  In May, at the advice of Beth’s doctors, Beth stopped all Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments.  Beth is resting comfortably at home with her husband Joe and son Christian.   Joe and Christian are the joy of Beth’s life and she is grateful to be at home with them.  Joe is the sole caregiver for Beth along with the support of Christian.  Joe is able to connect Beth to an IV to provide pain medication and anti-nauseous medication to keep her as comfortable as possible.  As of mid-July, Joe has been on a non-paid leave of absence to care for Beth.  This has been and continues to be a terrible financial burden on their family.
