Rutgers Veterinary Bill

Rutgers hasn't been feel well for weeks. I have taken him to the Vet several times. They started out with its his Kidney's(Wrong 300 dallors) Next Visit Steroid and Morphine injection, (Not working 250 Dollars) Saturday Rutgers Started to drag his back legs. I took Rutgers to Emergency Vet. Just to be told that before they can look at him, I need 4000 Dollars up front. That cost me 126 Dollars. I need help or My meet step will crush me.
