Kids Virtual Fitness Fun Running Channel

Hi Friends, this is Raven the amazing 8yr old Autistic ADHD Fitkid. She loves to travel, go fishing, hang with family and friends and run everywhere she goes. At the age of 5 Raven was diagnosed with Autism and later diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 6. She's always had problems with keeping friends because she would seem very obnoxious, over-whelming and sound sensitive.  This prevented her from allowing friends to understand her. She is now being home-schooled by her lovely mother and focusing on her learning.

Raven is a very loving, outgoing and a social butterfly. So we've decided to get her interested in doing something that would keep her busy and excited which ended up being track. Since Raven started working out and running track, she has grown tremendously. She's now enjoying time with friends and loving the travel and fitness life.

She's now a distance runner and have won tons of metals and was ranked nationally in the state of Virginia for the 800m and 1500m run.  Obtained several metals in the AAU championships in Florida at the Wide World of Sports Center.

Raven says that she wants to be a famous runner and travel the world showing other kids how to be fit and have fun. She frequently watches Youtube and decided she wanted to start her own channel teaching children the importance of fitness and running. Her videos are virtual, that allows the child to run with her while standing in place as if they were running right behind her. She travels to different cool locations and National parks to run. Raven talks about the importance of stretching, staying hydrated and showing fitness workouts.
Raven will also come up with healthy meal plans and a get fit running challenge that will help children get fit in a certain amount of weeks.

The key importance of her videos is to help fight child obesity by making fun at home videos for children to workout anywhere they go. This is great for children and parents to join in with each other and also creates bonding time with parents or friends.

Not only does her videos help all children but mainly children that suffer from anxiety, autism, ADHD, SPD and etc. This will allow children that have social difficulties to work out from home and still get the fitness they need to grow into healthy, strong and respectable adults.

Raven says that one day she wants to run on the Great Wall of China.

But unfortunately, nothing in life is free and it cost a tremendous amount of money for her dreams to come true to help children around the world. Her mother home-schools her and also coaches Girls Basketball. Her father (ME-Hey!) is a distance track coach and part-time jeweler. She also has a 3yr little brother that looks up to her. Her mother helps with preparations, video editing and motivation. Her father is the incredible man behind the camera (don't know how I can keep up with her.lol) that helps motivate her while she runs. But we can not fund this alone and unfortunately, banks do not believe in loans for children dreams.

Your gracious donations will go towards Travel, Quality Camera Equipment, Free Giveaways for child participants-ie T-shirts, water bottles etc to build encouragement. Website creation and Video editing.

Raven's Youtube is called "Running With Raven" and her slogan is "Changing Lives 1 Mile At A Time"

So join the movement and let's help Raven on her quest to travel the world and help children everywhere!!
