As many of you know, I am very excited about running in the 2018 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon this May.
Not only have I and will I be training like crazy for my run, but more importantly, I’m going to leverage all of that training and hard work to help raise money towards the replacement of Soulsbyville Schools lower playground structure. This is important to me because my weight and self-image struggles began in childhood. As a mother of two, it’s been a real struggle keeping my kids off of their “devices” and outdoors doing “kid things”. I believe in modeling good healthy behavior for them, they are our future and I want to do everything I can to provide them with healthy active lifestyles, having a safe place to play outdoors is essential.
I'm reaching out to everyone I know to help me raise $5,000.00 by May 27, 2018. Any amount you can give is amazing and SO APPRECIATED.
